1. Registration and payment
Registration for a retreat is validated only upon receipt of the deposit or full payment, according to the terms specified during registration.
The balance of the stay must be settled no later than 7 days before the start of the retreat.
In the absence of receipt of the balance within this period, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the participation, without refund of the amounts already paid.
Any registration implies complete acceptance of these general conditions.
2. Rates
The rates include teaching, artistic and educational support, as well as accommodation and meals when explicitly mentioned in the program.
The costs of transport, personal insurance, and any expenses not indicated as included remain the responsibility of the participant.
3. Cancellation conditions – participant
All registrations are firm and final.
In case of cancellation by the participant, no refund can be made, for any reason (personal, medical, professional or other), before the start or during the retreat.
Any retirement commenced or interrupted by the participant, for whatever reason, shall not give rise to any reimbursement, total or partial.
It is therefore strongly recommended to take out travel and cancellation insurance covering, in particular, unforeseen events, medical expenses, accidents, cancellations and repatriations.
4. Cancellation or modification by the organiser
Rana Gorgani reserves the right to modify the program, the schedule or the general organisation of the stay if circumstances so require (artistic reasons, logistics, climatic conditions, local constraints), in the interest of the smooth running of the retreat.
In case of exceptional cancellation of the stay by the organiser, the sums paid will be refunded, without this giving rise to additional compensation.
5. Responsibility
Each participant registers at their own risk.
Rana Gorgani can in no way be held responsible:
accidents, injuries, illnesses or health incidents occurring during the stay,
loss, theft or damage of personal effects,
consequences related to climatic conditions, bad weather, meteorological disturbances or natural events,
delays, modifications, cancellations of activities or logistical constraints resulting from these weather disruptions or any event beyond its control.
No compensation, reimbursement or indemnity may be demanded in this respect.
The participants declare to be in good physical and psychological condition and assume full responsibility for their participation.
6. Insurance
Each participant agrees to have liability insurance and travel insurance covering the entire stay, including abroad if applicable.
7. Accommodation and collective life
Retreats take place in a spirit of collective life, often with shared accommodation.
Each participant undertakes to respect the sites, the people, the proposed framework, and the rules communicated on-site.
Any inappropriate behaviour, disruptive or contrary to the spirit of the stay may lead to immediate exclusion, without possibility of refund.
8. Artistic and spiritual practice
The proposed practices are part of an artistic, cultural and spiritual approach.
They are in no way a substitute for medical, therapeutic or psychological monitoring.
9. Right to an image
Unless written opposition is transmitted before the start of the stay, participants authorise the use of images (photos or videos) taken during the retreat for non-commercial communication purposes (website, social networks, educational materials).
10. Personal data
The information provided during registration is used solely for the purpose of organising the retreats and will never be shared with third parties.
